The DSrh® Group is now HireNow.Company ®

In Brazil, the change took place in November 2021, maintaining the CNPJ and Corporate Name of the DSrh® Group, changing only the trade name to Hire Now Brazil.

The measure of maintaining the CNPJ and Trade Name was made so that no changes were necessary in the structure of the contracts with employees (temporary and third parties), Customers, and suppliers.

This way, our customers, employees and suppliers did not need to change their contracts, proposals, or systems after the change.

Note: DSrh® Group emails and other contacts will be active during the entire transition period.

Structure

In 2020, Grupo DSrh® became part of Marte Capital (equity fund).

The main objective in the first two years, 2020 and 2021, was to strengthen human development, corporate governance and digital curation. Reorganizing departments, procedures, and processes to make the customer and employee experience the best possible.

During this period, the DSrh® Group, in addition to the huge investment in systems and strategic partnerships, acquired companies positioned in specific markets, with emphasis on the complete acquisition of Banco A7 and partial acquisition of Future Manager Brazil.

Following the strategy of strengthening and internationalizing the brand, based on our tradition of more than 20 years, always focusing on our purpose and values, following the dynamism and transparency that characterizes our company, we decided to adopt a single brand worldwide: Hire Now Company®.
